Across from the Fabric Market in Kuwait City you’ll find Almakan a two story multi-concept containing a café, a restaurant, an exhibition space and a studio
If you walked with complete oblivion down the street of Mubarak AlKabeer and came across Almakan the strong contemporary character will make its mark on you with its prominent contrast against the aging feel of the area
At the ground floor is a boutique café leading to the restaurant on top where the space bathed with sunlight during the day, glittering with street and city lights during the night, channeling great vibes through its handpicked playlist all topped off with an exclusive menu of artisanal food experience
The Cube which is the exhibition space will be hosting a series of art exhibitions throughout the year, currently it’s showcasing an Installation by Jassim AlNashmi followed by an exhibition by Ricardas Blazukas on May 11th
