After preparing for the first #cawdai online workshop. Creating online content was something I’ve always promised myself to do in the “future”, but with a pandemic altering our reality, that distant future became now and moving to the online space became the only viable solution to provide workshops to the children at the safety of their homes

Finding @artofislamicpattern workshops was by far the most exciting event of this lockdown. Spending hours practicing, where giving your full attention is often rewarded with peace and many tangent lines. I’m so grateful for the wonderful team behind this amazing organization.

March 2020: By the end of week 2 and the announcement of the first lockdown extension, meetings started shifting fairly quickly to online platforms. Thank god for @zoom_video_communications

Day 75: reflecting. This is #mytable from week one of the lockdown, I must admit at the very beginning I couldn’t comprehend the significance or the magnitude of what was going on, convinced that this all will end soon and we’ll go back to our lives within a week. Little did I know.
